 4 cups whole milk
 8 oz thick spaghetti
1 cup crumbled feta cheesegoat, cow or sheep
 ½ cup Kashkaval cheese
 1 cup shredded mozzarella
 1 cup cheddar cheese
4 tbsp butter cut in cubes
 1 tbsp salt
1 pinch black pepper as desired
 5 eggs
1

Preheat oven on 400 degrees F.

2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for half of the amount what it says on the package label.

3

After boiling drain them in a colander and pour them into a baking pan. Spread the pasta evenly throughout the pan, then add crumbled feta cheese, kashkaval, shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese and butter. Instead of Kashkaval cheese you can also use Greek Kayseri cheese or Italian pecorino.

4

Meanwhile in a medium bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt and black pepper. Pour this mixture on top of the pasta on the baking pan. The mixture has to cover the pasta, if not you can add some more milk. You can also add a thin layer of béchamel sauce on the top before baking.

5

Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until lightly brown to reddish color.
