My mission is to publish mostly authentic Albanian/Mediterranean recipes to a generation of Albanians that emigrated to America and other countries and give them the opportunity to enjoy their traditional cuisine. Albanian cuisine is influenced by the many years of Ottoman occupation. The sea food is mostly influenced by Italian and Greek styles of cooking due to its close proximity to these countries. Albanian cuisine includes: stews, salads, appetizers and for seasoning mostly black pepper, parsley, oregano and many other traditional ingredients.
